This walk is for those who want not just to see the baroque, but to learn to feel it. A style where movement, light and emotion become the main characters will open before you like a real open-air theater. We will try to figure out if Bernini and Boromini were really rivals, and how their confrontation shaped the face of Rome. One of the strongest stops — «Ecstasy of St. Teresa» Bernini in the church of Santa Maria della Vittoria. It is one of the most emotional and at the same time the most provocative Baroque sculptures, where the line between the spiritual and the bodily almost disappears. In the Republic Square, we will enter the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri — a unique space created by Michelangelo within the walls of ancient baths. Here we will see the meridian and one of the largest organs in Europe. Next, we will be accompanied by the music of the city — fountains of Rome: Trevi, Triton and Piazza Navona, where water and stone create a living baroque scene . We will walk along the street where Mykola Gogol lived and discover the architectural masterpieces of Boromini — the church of San Carlo alle Cuatro Fontane (San Carlino) and Sant'Ivo alla Sapienza. In these spaces, geometry is transformed into art, and light — into a sensation-forming tool. It will not be just an excursion, but an immersion in an era where architecture speaks the language of emotions.
