We will visit the Castelgandolfo — summer residence of the popes, walk through the historic center, see the main square and the church, and enjoy the views of Lake Albano. Next, let's go down to the lake itself — of volcanic origin, with picturesque landscapes and an atmosphere of relaxation. Next stop — is the town of Nemi, known for its panoramas and strawberries. Here we will get acquainted with local traditions and, if desired, we will taste local products and desserts. If desired, the program can be supplemented with tasting in the family wineries of the region with local wines, in particular the famous Frascati, as well as familiarization with the gastronomic traditions of Castelli Romani. It is possible to visit the papal gardens or take a scenic trip along the ancient Appian Way (Via Appia Antica), one of the oldest roads of the Roman Empire.
